1) How much money will I save?

Kadsen Corporation clients can save anywhere from $20,000 to over $150,000, depending on the size of house they build, where their home is being built and what level of upgrades they incorporated into their home.

2) What, if any, construction experience is required?

Our clients need NO construction experience whatsoever and can rely on our tools, knowledge and expertise to complete their home construction project on-time and on-budget.

3) How will I know if my house is being constructed properly?

Unless you are one of the few with new home construction experience, you won’t know – but the good news is that your project manager will know.  His job is to monitor your home construction project to make sure that the subcontractors are doing their work properly and that only quality materials are being used.

4) How much time will I need to spend on the project?

Those clients who have had a custom home built by a General Contractor know that a significant amount of time and effort was devoted to their home construction project.  When building your home with the Kadsen Corporation process, you will touch the project daily, whether a 5 minute phone call to confirm with the electrician for tomorrow or maybe 30 minutes of calls to schedule your subcontractors for next week.

5) How long will it take to build our house?

It depends on the size of your home, the weather and how much of the work you intend to do yourself, but a good rule-of-thumb is that it will take approximately 6-9 months to complete the construction of your home.

6) How are we different from the competition?

We strive to help our clients save money – not spend it.  We work for our clients and not any vendor or subcontractor. We are completely transparent – meaning that we are an open book. Every piece of our client’s project belongs to them. They receive copies of all paperwork and can review their file at any time.

7) Why is your fee so much less than your competition?

We are locally owned and operated.  We are not a franchise operation, and as such, do not incur the expensive royalty and franchise fees associated with that type of business entity.
